Rules & Regulations of Women's Pride Makeup Studio
At Women’s Pride Makeup Studio and Academy, our aim is to provide premium bridal makeup, hairstyling, and beauty services in a professional and comfortable environment. By confirming any booking with us, you agree to the following policies and studio guidelines.
1. Advance Payment & Cancellation Rules
All bookings require an advance amount to block the date. This advance is strictly non-refundable.
• If a client informs us about cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled service date, the paid amount may be carried forward and adjusted against any future services at the studio.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will result in forfeiture of the advance amount, and no service adjustment will be offered.
2. Makeup Trial Policy
We do not conduct trial makeup or hairstyle sessions. Clients who wish to understand our work quality may schedule a visit to the studio to observe an ongoing bridal makeup session, subject to availability and consent.
3. Pricing & Discounts
All services at Women’s Pride Makeup Studio and Academy are offered at fixed rates. We do not provide discounts, special pricing, or reference-based reductions. Our charges reflect our expertise, professional products, and service standards. Appointments are confirmed only on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Photography Guidelines
External photographers are not permitted inside the studio premises. Clients interested in professional candid or preparation photography may avail of our in-house photography services.
5. Accompanying Guests
To maintain focus and ensure timely service delivery, friends or relatives accompanying the client are requested not to remain inside the makeup area during services.
6. Payment Clearance
The complete balance amount must be paid before the commencement of any service. Services will not begin unless payment obligations are fulfilled.
7. Working Hours & Extra Time Charges
The studio operates between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Services requested outside these hours will attract an additional charge per hour.
• Clients staying beyond closing time will also be required to pay the applicable extra-time fee.
8. Safety of Personal Items
While our studio is monitored through CCTV, the management cannot be held responsible for misplaced or missing personal belongings, including valuables and clothing.
9. Product Usage Policy
Clients are not allowed to apply or use their own cosmetic products during studio services. All makeup and skincare products are selected by our professionals to ensure hygiene and consistent results.
10. On-Location & Outstation Services
For venue-based or outstation makeup services:
• The full service amount must be settled prior to the team’s departure.
• The client is responsible for arranging suitable accommodation and meals for the makeup team.
11. Accessory Rental Terms
Jewelry or any accessories hired through the studio requires a refundable security deposit equivalent to the rental value. The security amount will be returned once the jewelry or accessory is received in its original condition.
12. Makeup Artist Assignment
The studio does not guarantee a specific makeup artist for any booking. However, we ensure that all services are performed by skilled and trained professionals under studio quality standards.
13. Timeliness & Scheduling
Clients are expected to report on time. Delays may disrupt the overall schedule and impact service delivery. Priority will be given to clients who arrive as per the allotted time. In case of extended delays, the studio reserves the right to adjust services accordingly.
14. Hair Accessories & Styling Add-ons
Clients must arrange their own fresh flowers or special hair accessories. Artificial accessories, extensions, or styling add-ons are available at the studio at an additional cost and are not included in makeup packages.
15. Outfit Preparation
Clients should ensure all outfits fit correctly. It is strongly recommended to check and finalize clothing at least two days before the event to prevent last-minute issues.
16. Client Conduct & Studio Etiquette
We strive to maintain a respectful and positive environment at Women’s Pride Makeup Studio and Academy. Our team works under demanding schedules, especially during peak wedding seasons. Any form of disrespect, aggressive behavior, or abusive language toward staff will not be tolerated.
If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service—makeup, hairstyle, or draping—our team will gladly rework it to achieve client satisfaction in a calm and professional manner.
17. Agreement to Terms
By booking our services, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all studio policies mentioned above.
